Is it right for me?
Ever wondered what PowerPoint is all about? Or do you need to learn how to use it?
This course will give you an excellent introduction to this presentation programme and provides 4 credits towards the Level 1 ITQ qualification.

What qualifications will I need?
A basic knowledge of Desktop Publishing or Microsoft Word e.g. text boxes and graphics would be useful, but at least some basic computer knowledge (word processing) would be desirable.

What will I be learning about?
The course begins with a PowerPoint presentation as an example of the options available.
You will then soon be turning theory into practice, including setting up master slides, handling text and graphics, sorting slides, animations and transition effects, setting up the presentation, timings, and compiling speaker's notes and handouts.
