NVQ Retail skills. This NVQ is suitable for anyone working in a retail environment.

What will I be learning?

1 mandatory and 5 additional units which can include any of the following:- helping customers, processing payments, merchandising and display, teamwork, stock receipt and control and customer service.

How will I learn?

Training days and assessment in the work place, underpinning knowledge questions.

Your assessor will complete a skill scan with you to confirm this NVQ is suited to your job role.

What else might I want to know?

This NVQ is fully funded if you work for a small business (less than 250 staff) or are volunteering to develop relevant skills and meet the Train to Gain criteria.

Upon completion of the course you will be awarded an NVQ Level 2 accredited by O.C.R.
