Service of Food and Drink: Gold Level (SVQ Level 3 Hospitality Supervision and Leadership)
This challenging qualification further enhances the skills and techniques which were learned at Level 2, preparing you for more advanced duties and responsibilities. You will be given the opportunity to help run the College training restaurant, which is open to the public, and for supervising external functions which occur within the College. An integral part of the programme is the supervision of other students within the context of a realistic working environment.

Other components of the course include Development of Working Relationships, Control of Resources, Supervision of Functions, Numeracy, Communications, IT.

Further Study/Employment
Upon completion of this programme you may articulate on to one of the Higher National awards or into employment within the hospitality industry.
