Course Content

The course consists of 8 units:

• Ensure your own actions reduce risks to health and safety
• Promote additional products or services to clients
• Develop and maintain your effectiveness at work
• Provide manicure treatment
• Provide pedicure treatment
• Extend and maintain nails
• Provide nail art service
• Fulfil salon reception duties

Method of Assessment

Students will be assessed through continual practical, oral and written assessments.

Progression

Students who complete this programme will be well prepared to continue onto advanced nail techniques and other Beauty Therapy or Nail Technician courses.
