Course programme

There are two 90 minute exams and participants can undertake one or both the the Building Envelope and Building Services. The exams are set by the PassivHaus Institut and SWC is an accredited exam centre.

This course is designed to prepare Learners for the Passive House Institute Certified European PassivHaus Tradesperson�s (CPHT) exam. It is appropriate for construction industry professionals and contractors.


This is a key qualification to have to work on projects where the PassivHaus standard is applied. Participants can also progress to the PassivHaus Consultant training.
