Course Aims:
To support the development of both personal and practical learner skills and knowledge in vocational areas providing the opportunity to move into further learning and training
Course Content:
The course is made up of a number of indivual units.
Students will study a variety of Personal and Social Development units together with vocational units in brickwork and painting and decorating.
Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT are also included at the appropriate individual level
Progression:
This qualification will enable students to progress onto a level 1 pathway in their chosen vocational area.

Portfolio of evidence that is internally marked and externally verified.
