This course suits those who wish to train as a PC service and
support technician.
What will I study?
This course gives hands-on training with essentials in building,
installing, configuring and troubleshooting different types of PC
hardware, software and peripherals. You will also improve IT skills
and skills in customer care and support. This course prepares
students for professional A+ qualifications.

This can lead to our PC Networking course.
What are the entry requirements?
You will need basic IT skills, and are invited for an assessment
and interview with the course tutor.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is through a combination of multiple-choice tests and
practical assignments. Students also meet regularly with tutors to
help plan studies and to discuss progress.
What will it cost?
If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
