No formal qualifications are necessary. But a thorough knowledge of working in the food industry is advisable as this course covers everything from purchase, manufacture, storage, service through to legislation.
Assessment
2 hour multiple choice exam of 60 questions (40+ correct to pass, 51+ correct for a Credit pass)
