Intermediate Apprentices will work in roles such as:

Course programme
To achieve the Pearson Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Business Administration, the learner must complete a minimum of 45 credits:
- 21 mandatory units must be completed
- 14 credits must be achieved from Group B
- 10 credits must be achieved from group B, C or D
- A maximum number of optional units is 10 for Group C and 6 for Group D

- Unit 2 – Understand Employer Organisations
- Unit 3 – Principles of Providing Administrative Services
- Unit 4 – Principles of Business Document Production and Information Management
- Unit 5 – Manage Personal Performance and Development
