About this course
Through this training workshop, the participants will be well versed with the concept of “performance management and its tools”. The understudies will be able to gain an in-depth knowledge of the three phases of project management and how to assess them . The participants will also be able to understand effective goal-setting and identify Kolb’s Learning Cycle. The understudies will also be able to recognize the importance of motivation and will be equipped to develop a performance journal and performance plan as well.
