What does this programme cover?

This intensive three-day programme provides you with the opportunity to build and develop the key skills required to deliver the performance with and through others. Its practical, hands-on approach enable you to focus on your own performance challenges, and make a difference in the work place.

Pre-programme development work, including a 360-degree questionnaire will help you to focus on your learning goals. A coaching session following the programme will help you to implement the learning back at work

During the programme, through a mixture of tutor inputs, group work and experiential exercises you will have the opportunity to develop and practice a range of skills and techniques associated with delivering performance with and through others.
