- Maslow
- The process for empowering service users when care planning
- The limits and importance of confidentiality
- Why it is important to establish valid consent
- How organisational practices can infringe on the rights of the client
- The importance and limits of the worker/client relationship.
- Various Care Plans used in Care Enviroments .
