Personal Fitness Trainer - A Distance Learning Course by BSYAs the popularity of health and fitness grows in today's society, there is a high and increasing demand for personal fitness trainers. This distance learning course prepares students to pursue a career as a personal fitness trainer. Students will complete the course with a full overview of how a fitness scheme should look and practical guidelines for success as a personal fitness trainer.All students must complete one day of practical training. Practical sessions are held at locations throughout the UK and cost 75 per day, per delegate. These practical training sessions enable students to develop and practice their skills under the guidance of experienced trainers.
