Course programme

What is Pi2 Refresher?
Following on from the Pi2 programme and in response to demand, this is a follow up training and coaching support opportunity for previous Pi2 participants to further practise and review their learning.

Why Pi2?
The ability to influence is a key competency of emotional intelligence, which is strong in very successful leaders and managers, and it is becoming an increasingly important skill as managers frequently need to achieve results through others, by working across and beyond organisational boundaries.

Programme Outcomes

The Pi2 Refresher Programme is a half-day clinic style review event which will provide an opportunity for in-depth review of practice to date with one of our Eglinton facilitators, together with fellow past participants of the programme. There is also an opportunity to further practise the tactics and behaviours within the workshop.

A small amount of pre-course work involving reflection and review of real life influence situations which have been successful, or otherwise, will be included.

Programme details:

The Pi2 refresher programme takes half a day and will run twice a year in April and November.
