All participants will leave with a detailed handout pack explaining the self motivation and NLP techniques taught on this stop smoking programme along with a personal action plan to help you never smoke a cigarette again. Course Outline
Session 1 - "On the way to the start line'
Lets ask ourselves 'why' we are here: to give up smoking cigarettes
  Session 2 - "The first few miles - It ain't easy!"
The facts about quitting smoking cigarettes
  Session 3 - "The middle bit! - Adjusting the race plan"
Setting targets, monitoring success - staying in touch with reality during the early stage of giving up smoking cigarettes!
  Session 4 - "The later miles - .....When the going gets tough..!
Supporting each other, NLP techniques and practice, coping with smoking withdrawal and cravings for cigarettes
  Session 5 - The final hurdles
Resisting the temptation of smoking cigarettes, maintaining self belief and motivation, planning ahead
