Personal Trainer and Advanced Instructor

This course has been developed by a team of the country's foremost experts and teaches students step-by-step, the theory and practice of advanced programming and coaching.

The course covers: Exercise programming, resistance programming, strength training workshop using a partner and resistance bands, postural analysis, practical application of exercise science in exercise prescription, lifestyle evaluation and behaviour psychology.

This course is a component of 3 diplomas – Personal Trainer, Advanced Personal Trainer, and Total Immersion!, but can also be taken separately.

On completion you'll receive a course certificate and 20 REPs CPD points.
