The course was much better than I thought it would be. We have a lot of chances to perfom and show our talent. They give us a lot of written assignments too. The university has many resources for us and we get to use the student union as a stage. Social life is good, the students are very unite.

When I started this degree I was very nervous and felt a little shy. But I have overcome this thanks to my tutors. The level of teaching here is excellent. The university has a few campuses, a good library and IT facilities. The Drama Centre has an impressive auditorium and use of makeup. The drama students are awesome, I highly recommend it.

At Middlesex University, we are passionate about both drama and English. In drama classes, pupils enjoy the practical nature of the lessons and also respond to the creative discipline involved in shaping their own ideas. In English, they explore language, literature, expression and the role of communication. Teachers adept in both subjects are able to educate and inspire pupils, develop their creativity and shape vital skills that impact students' performance across a range of other subjects.
During your studies, you will undertake teaching placements in at least two secondary schools and have the chance to acquire skills in the application of new technologies in teaching and learning. Schools are carefully selected to suit each individual and expose them to a variety of imaginative and thought provoking learning strategies.
