What's it all about?:
The start of most sales activity involves making an initial contact with the customer. For many sales people, phone sales is a core element of their job. This workshop will help you deal with selling over the phone, prospecting for new business and provide a few techniques to remain focused and motivated in what can be a very challenging role.

develop techniques for self motivation for sales

understand the importance of time management, prioritisation, and creating a call plan

how to prospect for potential clients

understand the sales cycle - particularly questioning, listening and checking skills

dealing with gatekeepers

effectively deal with objections.
