Photography

The course is delivered through practical workshops and formal lectures, including camera handling skills, along with the use of a black and white darkroom, photographic studio and digital darkroom.

Learners are expected to produce much of their coursework outside of class on location shoots, as well as attending a number of field studies as a group, with hands on demonstrations from lecturing staff.

Assessment of the course is achieved through critiques throughout the course, half termly reviews, internal assessment and external assessment via the examining body.
