Physical Fitness - A Distance Learning Course by BSYWith today's modern conveniences, it can be difficult to maintain an active and fit lifestyle. This distance learning course addresses the decline of good physical fitness of many due to increased sedentary office work, poorer eating habits and a decrease in exercise. The course will provide practical strategies and techniques for finding time to exercise and exercising safely.To successfully complete the course, all students are required to complete a 1-day practical training session. Practical training sessions are held at locations throughout the UK and cost £75 per day, per delegate. These practical sessions provide the opportunity to develop skills under the guidance of experienced trainers.
