3. Entry requirements Students are required to have 5 grades A* - C at GCSE, including GCSE grade B or above in Physics or Core and Additional Science. Plus students will need to have GCSE Maths at grade B or above and an average GCSE score of 5.5 or higher. 4. Equipment required No equipment required 5. Assessment method The course is 100% exam based with students taking 2 exams at the end of AS and three at the end of A2. In addition, at A Level, a record is produced of the student's observed pratical skills as either Pass or Fail.
