Course Overview
Prepare yourself for some Perfect evenings by learning about Pies and Puddings. Enter the fun world of Producing some sweet and savoury Pastries to tantalise your friends and family with.

Course Structure
This is an evening per week for six weeks. The attendance is on Thursdays, 6.30 pm â€" 9.00 pm in the Pegwell Building. Initially students should meet in the Pegwell reception on the ground floor
The course will also cover:

• Health and safety
• Various cookery methods

Tuition fee£100 (including food)
Including registration, no concessions
You will need an apron, a set of knives, containers to take food home and comfortable safe shoes.
