This course is designed for Plastering apprentices who have completed SCQF level 6 in plasterwork and who wish to extend and develop their skills and advance their career in Decorative Plastering within the industry.You will be expected to have experience in the Plastering Industry to enrol on this course. You will also be expected to have and SVQ level 3 or SCQF level 6 in Plastering.

All plastering apprentices who have achieved SCQF level 6 are invited to apply for a place on the course. Plastering employers wishing to advance the careers of their apprentices should send their apprentices on this course.


The topics you will study include ornamental fibrous plasterwork, a range of plaster moulding techniques, curved work, architectural features and plaster restoration.
