5 days non residential Understanding and
applying the PMBoKThe Project Management Professional (PMP®) is
one of the world's most widely recognised and regarded qualifications
accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Achieving PMP
status demonstrates a Project Management professional's ability to take a
lead and competently deliver complex projects.
This course is fully
aligned to the latest Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) and
covers all the core areas covered within the PMP exam. It also satisfies
the pre-requisite 35 hours of Project Management professional development
(35 PDUs) required by the qualification criteria.
A practical,
hands on course, the syllabus is covered in a variety of individual and
group exercises. A comprehensive case study is used throughout the course
to facilitate the application of learning. Experienced instructors who are
all PMP qualified will be on hand to support and coach throughout the
course.
