Choosing UEA was the best decision I've ever made. I think it says a lot how strongly students at UEA feel about the centre, it's not something I have found talking to friends from other unis. Absolutely love it, wouldn't change it for the world. Oh UEA is wonderful

During your studies in BA Politics you will explore the impact of the media, globalisation, security and environmental change on political behaviour and those who hold power, both domestically and internationally.
You will also get to grips with methods of doing political science, such as through the study of why people vote as they do and how electoral reform might happen. And you will have a chance to think more theoretically about international relations, just war, the nature of modernity and post-modernity, multicultural societies, democracy and social justice.
More practically, you can consider how political ideologies and rhetoric shape, and are shaped by, the practice of professional politics.
