Qualification Aims
BTEC National Diploma in Popular Music Practice or Music Technology (3 A-level equivalent)

Assessments/Examinations
Students are assessed by a variety of methods including assignments, projects, case studies, workshops, performances and evaluations. Practical work representing actual or simulated music industry, often in groups, forms the main part of the assessment.

Cost / Equipment
Students over 19 may be required to pay tuition fees. Registration fees for students aged 19 or over at the start of the course will be approx£98. An instrument (e.g., guitar, keyboard, etc.) and a pair of headphones.Total cost approx.£150.

Help with essential equipment costs may be available to students who experience financial difficulties.
