Course programme

The course will cover a variety of techniques for making pottery including work on the pottery wheel, slab building, coil pots, modelling and surface decoration. It is suitable for beginners and improvers. The course tutor, Carol Jacobs, has over 25 years experience in ceramics and specialises in surface decoration techniques. Carol has taught in many schools and colleges over the years and has recently completed her Masters in ceramic design.

Classes run Wednesday evenings 7pm to 9pm and Saturdays 10am to 12pm. As the current classes are filling up fast we are taking names for Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons. Full day classes also available.
