Course programme

After an in-depth consultation process with various independent industry advisory bodies, offshore and inshore diving contractors and experienced industry personnel - the Professional Diving Academy has developed a training program which we feel is unrivalled in the world of commercial diver training.

Our HSE diving courses continue to be regarded as the best in the world and through our innovative approach, can now be combined with our new Accredited, Construction and Inspection Competence Assessment Courses.

This unique, practical skills based assessment package, provides our graduates with an unparalleled and fantastic opportunity to develop industry essential working skills in a controlled, safe environment without the normal commercial pressures associated with joining a new dive team.

During this highly intensive course, training in vital core skills essential to underwater construction and inspection will be developed with competency demonstrated at the end of each unit. Units included in the syllabus such as mechanical rigging and lifting and underwater lifting bag procedures provide essential skills for offshore use and we presently surpass IMCA's tools training criteria by quite a considerable margin.

These new skills are immediately transferable to the workplace environment upon the completion of the training course and ensure that our graduates remain an asset for any inshore or offshore diving company on course completion. (Check below for a full information breakdown on this course).
