The Premier Resisted Movement Training (RMT)
The Premier Resisted Movement Training (RMT) uses cutting-edge information and technology, it builds and expands on the principles taught in the Diploma in Personal Training and/or Certificate in Advanced Personal Training, thereby enabling you to enhance your clients' training experiences and maximise training outcomes.
The course utilise the Premier Web Training System©, which provides a periodised approach to functional resistance and flexibility training. This system will allow trainers to identify and correct muscle imbalances and movement dysfunctions and provide progressions toward the performance of advanced resistance based exercises.

Course Content
- Movement-based anatomy - stability and the inner and outer units
- Corrective exercise - identifying muscle imbalances, posture and balance
- Static and dynamic postural assessment
- Flexibility - principles and methods of stretching
- Movement pattern-based programme design - training principles and the ‘Web Training System
Length and Format of Course
The RMT is a CD/DVD-ROM home learning product and is supported by a 1 day workshop. The length of the course will vary according to levels of application and available time. 3 - 4 months is a realistic time frame for completion of the course.
Assessment
The course has a series of online quizzes, plus an online exam upon completion of the home learning.
