Preparing for Inspection

Preparing for Inspection Social care projects and homes are subject to considerable scrutiny and this often leads to considerable anxiety for those providing services.  This course aims to help the manager develop a calm, rational and systematic approach to preparing for inspection.  After considering the legislative base lines, the group will consider the process from the point of view of the inspector and how they could develop the most cooperative relationship with them.  Participants will be invited to share their own experience and workshop time will help individuals develop strategies that would assist them in their own work environments
