Spence Associates comprises a core team of ten consultants all of whom have held senior management positions within large organisations covering sales, marketing, HR, operations and finance. This breadth of experience and knowledge means we are well placed to deliver practical solutions in a manner our clients can relate to and benefit from immediately. We also have arrangements with a select number of international consultants, based in mainland Europe, with the ability to deliver programmes in a choice of languages. With offices and support staff in Winchester and in the Midlands the business is ideally situated to work with clients throughout the UK as well as around the Globe.
Spence Associates was founded in 1993 by Managing Partner, Doug Spence. After beginning his career with Rolls Royce, Doug spent 11 years with the Mars Corporation holding senior European and international sales and general management roles within the four main divisions of the Group.
