The best of the course
I enrolled in the course in January and received my materials with a day or two. I was happy with the content of the programme and the response times in marking my assignments. i did not have to speak to the tutor verbally for support nor did I need technical support. I have now secured employment.
What could be improved
However the qualification is not recognised and I have to resit a different course via another provider - which could mean I lose my job as I am no longer classed as qualified. Tracey Hines, October 2012
