Prince2 Foundation

PRINCE2 is widely used throughout the UK public and private sectors, and a prerequisite for many project management roles.

The PRINCE2 Foundation qualification is the first of two PRINCE2 qualifications required to become a PRINCE2® Practitioner. The PRINCE2® Foundation qualification will teach you the fundamentals of PRINCE2® principles and terminology. Once qualified you will be recognised as a valuable member of a project team applying the PRINCE2® methodology.

Skills you'll gain:

• Describing the purpose and major content of all roles, the eight components, the eight processes and the sub-processes, and the techniques.
• Stating which management products are input to, and output from the eight processes.
• Stating the main purpose, and key contents, of the major management products.
• Stating the relationships between processes, deliverables, roles and the management dimensions of a project.
