The course is organised in 2 parts:
Preparation
Before you attend, Advantage Learning provides the official PRINCE2 manual, “Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2” along with full pre-course reading lists, practice questions and support. Experience has shown that proper preparation enhances the chance of exam success so emphasis is placed on this important pre course work. Our PRINCE2 Approved Trainers are available by email to provide support and guidance as required.

This part of the course builds on the preparatory work and provides a thorough grounding in the PRINCE2 methodology. Through a series of presentations, exercises and group work, delegates gain an in-depth knowledge of PRINCE2. At the end of Day 3 students sit the official PRINCE2 Foundation exam.
