PRACTITIONER (P2P)

OVERVIEW

The Practitioner is the second of the two PRINCE2TM certification programmes you are required to pass to become a Registered PRINCE2TM Practitioner.

This level is aiming to measure whether a candidate would be able to apply PRINCE2TM to the running and managing of a project within an environment supporting PRINCE2TM. To this end candidates need to
exhibit the competence required for the Foundation qualification, and show that they can apply and tune PRINCE2TM to address the needs and problems of a specific project scenario.

This course conforms to the syllabus for those delegates wishing to gain Registered PRINCE2TM Practitioner level certification.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This course is aimed at anyone wishing to gain the qualification, ideally having already achieved the PRINCE2TM Foundation level qualification.

DURATION

This is a two-day course leading to the PRINCE2TM Practitioner Examination, which is normally scheduled to take place on the Friday. In-house events may vary in duration according to client requirements.

COURSE CONTENT

This course provides candidates with:

• ILX Group's unique ‘Preparing for the PRINCE2TM Practitioner Examination' workbook, providing sample practitioner examination papers and marking guidelines.
• A review of the entire method, consolidating understanding and addressing any areas of concern.
• Syndicate and Individual scenario based exercises, designed to focus candidates on the application of the PRINCE2TM method.

PREREQUISITES

Delegates will need a good understanding of PRINCE2TM and to have successfully completed the PRINCE2TM Foundation level certification.
