Prince's Trust Team Programme
Prince's Trust Team Programme
The Prince's Trust Team Programme enables 16-25 year olds to develop their confidence, motivation and skills through a 12-week course.

  • Take a part in a one week residential

  • Get confidential, impartial advice and guidance about your future career prospects
Course Outline

Week One  Introduction & Icebreakers
Designed to allow the team to get to know each other through icebreaking activities and energisers. Week Two  Team Building Residential
An outward bound residential where teamwork is the key. This week comprises of team building activities such as canoeing, rafting and caving. These residentials are arranged at various national locations. Week 3-5  Team Project
This is where the team chooses a project in the local community. It can be anything as long as it is benefiting the community. An example of this may be re-decorating a community centre. Making it a clean, fresh environment for all that use it. Week 6-8  Individual Work Placement
Members of the team are given the chance to find a work placement for themselves. The aim of this is to allow every individual to gain first hand experience, confidence and knowledge in a profession of their choice. Week 9  Next Steps Week
This is where the volunteers attend a CV writing and interview technique workshop. The week also includes an educational workshop e.g. drugs awareness. Week 10  Preparation for the final team challenge
During this week the team will make the preparations for the final team challenge through organised fundraising to complete the final task. Week 11  Final Team Challenge
Like the project this challenge can be anything that the team decides to do; whether it be a soup run for homeless or organising a day event for under privileged children. Week 12  Final Team Presentation
The team plans, prepares and organises a presentation to mark their achievements over the period of the course. This includes an award ceremony. The team invite friends, family and the local community to participate in their celebrations.

Enterprise & Business Support

Our Business & Enterprise Support team offer support to businesses at all stages of development from pre-start-up through to established business growth planning. We deliver the Prince's Trust Business programme in Haringey, and work in partnership with other local agencies and funding bodies to support both early stage and established businesses, including social enterprises.

Training & Lifelong Learning

Our Training & Lifelong Learning team deliver a range of programmes designed to help improve local employability levels and work-based learning opportunities. The programmes currently running include Basic Skills (literacy, numeracy, IT, ESOL and communication), Prince's Trust Team programme (personal development), accredited Youth & Playwork training and Apprenticeships in Hospitality.

The company has been in operation for 6 years and during this time has built an established reputation locally as a reliable and quality-driven training and enterprise agency.
