Print Workshop

On this print making course you can learn about the following print processes: screen Printing, lino printing, etching, dry point, collographs and mono printing. You will find yourselves making pictures and posters from your own designs.

Course content

This is a print making course on which you will learn about at least three different print processes.

You will learn about at least 3 of the following: Screen Printing, lino printing, etching, dry point, collographs, and mono printing.

You will find yourselves making pictures and posters for your wall from your own designs. You might also have the opportunity to make festive/Christmas cards or even t-shirts.

What will students learn?

You will learn about health and safety issues within the workshop.

Teaching

We will start as a group. Any new people will be introduced to make them feel welcome. You will also get the opportunity to tell us about your ideas or discuss your own work. Any demonstration will be done at this time.

You will then do your own work, aided by a tutor, an NTA, a workshop technician and possibly at least one volunteer. We generally finish with an optional tea break.
