Harlequin Training can meet specific learning and project requirements in private training courses and site visits. These courses have a great deal of trainer contact before each course and the objectives are agreed during the consultation. Private courses, individual tuition and floor walking exercises to top-up your staff's knowledge are all part of the Harlequin Training portfolio. Course Content Private Training

• A private course is any unscheduled course. This could be a course straight off of our training schedule run for your staff at Harlequin or your own training site. As private training courses are for one or more of your staff the content can be adapted to meet your specific objectives and can incorporate your own files and working practices.
• Private Training can cover any course, from our authorised Adobe, Quark, Maxon and Institute of IT Training courses, new software packages not in our schedule.
• We can also deliver the full range of our Business Skills, Communications and Marketing Skills courses set around your own learning objectives.
• Harlequin Training's Copywriting and Proof Reading courses work very well as private courses as our trainers can get to know your organisations style of writing and presentation.
• NLP, Customer Focus and Presentation Skills are work well as private classes as we can, again, drill down much further to your specific objectives in your bespoke sessions.

Floor Walking

• Floor walking is a way of topping up and supporting your staff's existing knowledge and ironing out any final wrinkles in their application of their new software skills or working practices.
• Our expert goes to your site and goes from desk to desk guiding and advising delegates are doing in their own working environment. This is an invaluable way of refining your skills and acts well as either a top up to a training program or a way of up-dating a knowledgeable team on new developments of working practise and new versions of essential software.
