This one day highly interactive programme has been developed to provide individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully prevent and/or solve problems

To discuss problem solving and prevention

v Identify the importance of objectivity in problem solving

v Consider methods of problem prevention

v Define the different types of problem

v Demonstrate the six stages of problem solving

COURSE FEES

The cost of this 1 day course is £600.00 + VAT per course of 12 students for Organisations requiring bespoke in house training.
