Course programme
You'll need: a minimum of grade C or above in GCSE English and mathematics, or equivalent qualification, and practical food skills; which will be assessed for all new entrants unless you have paseed the Level 1 qualification.
You'll learn: key cooking methods and techniques such as making stocks, soups, sauces and the preparing and cooking of shellfish, hot and cold desserts and a variety of meats.
