Running from January to June, this intensive professional cookery course will help you develop your skills in the presentation, preparation and production of dishes. Using our commercial kitchens and training restaurants, you’ll improve both your culinary expertise and all-round knowledge, giving you the skills to work in the catering industry, or progress to an HNC, or HND Course in Professional Cookery.This course is placed on the Scottish Credit Qualifications Framework at Level 6.
