3. Entry requirements Applicants should have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification within Hospitality but experience of relevant work in the catering trade may be taken into consideration. 4. Assessment method When students have become competent in producing items there will be planned assessments throughout the course, in class time, which will be signed off by the tutor. Please note that any exams which have to be resat will incur a fee.
