Description

This SVQ2 Professional Cookery course allows students to follow a professional cookery route on a day release basis and will be mostly practical and completed in fully equipped training kitchens.  This will ensure students gain a wide range of skills, knowledge and understanding which will allow for career development in the Hospitality Industry. All students will be given the opportunity to gain the REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate which isrequired for all food handlers within the industry.
