Intensive professional diploma courses These are run on 5 consecutive Sunday from 9.30am - 4.30pm. Although beginners are more than welcome, due to the intensive nature of the course we recommend that you have some experience of cake decorating and suggest that you have attended courses such as the piping skills, Christmas cake course or the back to basics. You will need to do some preparation/ practice at home. we will cover... Basic Techniques. Coating, Crimping and Embossing. Fabric Effects, Textured Drapes, Frills, Ribbons.
