Learning and assessment

The programme adopts teaching and learning strategies which recognise the context within which nursing CPD practitioners study, usually combining full time work, with other commitments and part time study. As such we offer a blended learning approach, based on the use of e learning combined with academic facilitation which may be face to face and classroom based participatory learning.

Employer engagement will be a key feature of the programme from the start. You will be expected to attend some clinical study days based on your learning needs analysis and by negotiation with your employer and the multidisciplinary team.
