What does the course involve?:
The Profitable Business Portfolio (PBP) is designed to give managers and supervisors the skills to effectively manage their business through a combination of training and self-study, resulting in a nationally recognised qualification to advanced level.
The core units of the PBP provide understanding of three key areas not addressed in working life and these are:
• profit and loss/budget control
• understanding your market
• motivating your team.
When can I study?:
Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Are there any exams?:
Open book test and a short answer examination paper per unit.
