Our project management techniques course will give you the knowledge you need to keep control of your budgets, timelines and staff allowing you achieve your objectives.

There are no prerequisites for this course. During this instructor led course we will explore the whole of the project cycle from initial scoping through to final delivery.

Our courses run from 9.30 am to approximately 4.15pm. While you are with us we are focused on offering you a relaxed and productive learning environment. When you book a course with us you get the following:
