Project Management for the Education Sector
This workshop introduces a project management methodology that can be adapted for any size of project and is specifically tailored to the needs of the education sector. The day is interactive, providing a structured approach to project management and investigating a number of examples. It is provided in conjunction with JISC infoNet, the advisory service for managers in the post-compulsory education sector promoting effective planning, implementation and management of information and learning technology.
