There is national recognition that leadership of professionals managing care settings is pivotal to both the quality of life and quality of the quality that is delivered.  As part of the nationally recognised My Home Life programme, A 3-day workshop over 6 weeks is proposed. Course programme

What will I learn?

Managers come together on 3 occasions to learn about the evidence base for best practice and the importance of relationships to ensuring quality. They examine their leadership style and consider their pivotal role as agents of change. These workshop days will help the group reflect deeply on the skills and best practice required to transform the culture in their care homes, responding to the needs of the group of participants, linked to characteristics of ‘outstanding CQC’ scores for care settings and offering a range of bespoke tools that will support improvement.
