To give all multi agency workers involved in the care of vulnerable adults, the ability to recognise signs of abuse and the process of actions to be taken if an incident occurs. Suitable for: Residential and domiciliary care workers including: carers, supervisors, trainers and managers working with older people, vulnerable adults and service users living in their own home.
